The Education Special Interest Group is a bi-monthly meeting consisting of manufacturing leaders, educators, workforce development groups, and legislators. Their mission is to build a strong, sustainable future for Mid-Michigan by establishing and growing collaborative partnerships with industry and community leaders to connect youth, parents, and educators with the region's high-demand career opportunities.

The Human Resources Special Interest Group is a bi-monthly meeting consisting of HR professionals, manufacturing leaders, workforce development partners, and community organizations. Their mission is to strengthen and support the manufacturing workforce in Mid-Michigan by fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, addressing workforce challenges, and developing strategies focused on employee engagement, recruitment, retention, leadership development, and workplace culture.
